Step 1 — Comprehensive Consultation & Planning
We perform a thorough examination, including digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and a scan with our Primescan, and a complete evaluation of your jawbone density, gum health, and bite alignment. Our doctors create a personalized treatment plan and discusses all options, timelines, and costs.
Step 2 — Pre-Treatment (If Needed)
If gum disease, bone loss, or tooth extraction is necessary before implant placement, we handle it at our office. Bone grafting may be recommended for patients with insufficient jawbone density.
Step 3 — Implant Placement Surgery
Using your CBCT and intraoral scans, we plan and fabricate a custom surgical guide that ensures precise implant positioning. The titanium implant is then surgically placed into your jawbone under local anesthesia using the guide for accuracy. The procedure is typically 1 hour per implant. Most patients describe the experience as more comfortable than expected.
Step 4 — Healing & Osseointegration
Over the next 3–6 months, the implant fuses with your jawbone. During this time, we may place a temporary restoration so you are never without a tooth. We monitor your healing with periodic checkups.
Step 5 — Custom Crown Placement
Once your implant has fully integrated, we attach a custom abutment and porcelain crown matched to your natural teeth. The result is immediate — a permanent, beautiful replacement tooth.
