Dr. Oscar Naranjo is the founder of Luxe Smiles and a cosmetic and implant dentist serving Palmetto Bay and the surrounding Miami-Dade community. He graduated from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health (ASDOH) in 2019, earning multiple awards including the Dental Implant Student Award, the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award, and the Academy of General Dentistry Dental Student Award.
After graduation, Dr. Naranjo completed advanced training in the Implant Dentistry Continuum and Master Series, deepening his expertise in dental implant placement and full-arch restoration. Before founding Luxe Smiles in 2021, he spent two years as an associate dentist refining his skills across general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures.
Dr. Naranjo is an active member of the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), American Dental Association (ADA), and the South Florida Dental Association (SFDA). He is passionate about combining precision dentistry with patient-centered care, and he takes continuing education courses every year to stay current with the latest techniques and materials.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Naranjo enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in the Palmetto Bay community.

Dr. Anamary Testar is a general and cosmetic dentist at Luxe Smiles in Palmetto Bay. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Medical Science in Cuba in 2012 and completed her specialty in Orthodontics in 2016.
In 2021, Dr. Testar earned her certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) from Temple University after completing a rigorous two-year program. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of procedures, including tooth extractions, root canals, restorative crowns and bridges, removable dentures, orthodontics, and dental implant restoration.
Dr. Testar is a firm believer that exceptional dentistry requires a lifelong commitment to learning. She completes extensive continuing education courses every year to stay at the forefront of both general and cosmetic dental techniques. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Academy of GP Orthodontics.
Known for her gentle chairside manner and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Testar is dedicated to creating a comfortable experience for patients of all ages. She enjoys working with families across Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Cutler Bay, and the broader South Florida community.
