We take all Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans that have out-of-network coverage. Our dental team can check with your insurance provider to see what coverage you have based on your treatment plan.

Many cosmetic treatments are not covered under insurance, but most functional repair treatments are. We always call your insurance provider before your treatment starts to make sure you are aware of any costs.
